We behave as if the answer to our problems is more willpower, more discipline, and more "fixing." Even when we know better, we still treat our lives like a project to be managed instead of a rhythm to be lived. And so, we live in a state of friction—constantly bumping up against time and carrying the heavy weight of everyone else's expectations.
This friction is actually a gift; it is the signal that you are simply out of sync. Twenty-five years steeped in this work has shown me that when you stop trying to “fix things” and instead return to your unique rhythm, the weight you've been carrying cannot help but fall away. You don’t have to "achieve" alignment; you’re simply no longer drawn to the behaviors that block it.
This 14-day walk is an invitation to stop the force and start the flow. No more "fixing." We start with a communal gathering to clear the path, followed by two weeks of guided alignment where your life finally starts to feel like a natural expression of who you actually are.
After decades in practice, Christianne operates from the foundational truth that you already possess your own inner compass; she is simply the navigator helping you find the signal through the noise.
Her work is designed to help you step out of complicated, health checklists and burnout from rigid rules by finding the rhythm and ease your body already knows. By using simple tools that create conscious shifts in your daily life, she makes the journey toward sustainable vitality and Wonder both accessible and actionable. This approach is rooted in her experience as a Clinical Ayurveda Specialist (CAS), her degree in Psychology, and her leadership as the Yoga Director at The Assisi Institute.
Therese joined us with a mind that rarely found a moment of stillness. As a writer and a mother to grown children, she behaved as if she had to carry the emotional weight of her family’s needs—even when they didn't ask it of her. This internal friction left her feeling "frazzled" by certain people and made her creative work feel like a mountain she had to climb using sheer force. We didn't start with an overhaul of her life; we started with the simplicity of one mindful breath. That breath became the anchor she needed to begin recognizing her own "inner architecture." Slowly, that single breath grew into a consistent meditation practice that now includes her husband and spans into daily 15-minute sittings. These days, when Therese begins to fall out of balance with worry and weight, she uses the tools of Ayurveda and meditation to help bring herself back to center. She finds herself holding her own ground even when others around her are in chaos. Her relationship to nourishment has shifted from "trying to eat well" to naturally gravitating toward wholesome, vibrant meals without a single feeling of deprivation. As she steps into this new year, her focus is on the page—no longer forcing the words, but trusting that as she stays in her rhythm, her writing finally has the room to breathe.
