Sister Sangha Circle

From the "How-To" to the Isness of Living

While we often have the tools to change, we rarely have the environment that allows that change to take root.

We find ourselves weathering the seasons alone, reverting to the friction of old habits the moment life becomes intense. This Circle is a commitment to trade that solitary struggle for a collective architecture of support. By providing you with the stability to listen to your inner Compass, the Sangha helps you finally live the rhythm you already know.

About Your Guide — Christianne Asper-Contant, CAS ERYT-500

After decades in practice, Christianne operates from the foundational truth that you already possess your own inner compass; she is simply the navigator helping you find the signal through the noise.

Her work is designed to help you step out of complicated, health checklists and burnout from rigid rules by finding the rhythm and ease your body already knows. By using simple tools that create conscious shifts in your daily life, she makes the journey toward sustainable vitality and Wonder both accessible and actionable. This approach is rooted in her experience as a Clinical Ayurveda Specialist (CAS), her degree in Psychology, and her leadership as the Yoga Director at The Assisi Institute.

The Architecture of Our Container

We begin with a 14-day "Walk into Your Natural Rhythm," a collective effort in preparing the soil for the year ahead. Before the spring fully unfolds, we clear the friction of winter and establish the one unique adjustment that will serve as your anchor. Together, we move through the pinpointing of friction, the Dosha architecture, and the three pillars of health. From there, we transition into the Sister Sangha—the heartbeat of our Circle—where we move beyond the "how-to" and settle into the "Isness" of living.

  • ✨ Necessary Nourishment, Not "Extra Work": These monthly sessions are specifically designed to be a relief. We know your plate is full; this space is where you come to set the plate down.

  • ✨ Returning Home vs. The Lecture: Our time together is an invitation to return to yourself. This is not a classroom where you take notes; it is a sanctuary where you reconnect with your own inner architecture.

  • ✨ Relaxed, Conversational Atmosphere: The energy of our Circle is one of tailored exploration and shared discovery. It is a truly supportive community where your aspirations and your current circumstances are equally respected.

  • ✨ An Organizational Hub for Your Life: This is your dedicated space to manage the choices that truly matter, such as your sleep, your ability to process what you take in through all your senses, and your response to the unforeseen challenges of life.

The Art of the Return

Karen entered her "third phase of life" looking for a way to bridge her deep yoga study with the practical demands of her reality. She didn't lack knowledge; what was missing was a tangible way home when her life felt out of sync. We discovered that her struggle to focus was actually a sign she had become disconnected from her physical senses. Through our work, Karen didn't just find a new routine; she built a functional map back to herself. When the energy of anxiety arrived, Karen’s old pattern was to let the panic dictate the pace. Now, she introduces specific qualities to settle her nervous system, moving from friction back into intentional self-care: 🌲 Softening the breath while sitting in nature. 🥣 Choosing warm, grounding foods to anchor the body. 🕊️ Settling the nerves with restorative yoga or oil massage. 🍵 Making warm beverages a non-negotiable anchor. When a stagnant, heavy energy settled in, Karen began to see it not as a character flaw, but as a lack of circulation and fire. To counter this, she uses active rituals designed to jolt her system out of the "dull" and back into a state of Wonder: 🌅 Waking early for tongue scraping and focused breathing. 🎸 Finding Presence through the tactile rhythm of guitar and sewing. 💃 Stirring stagnant energy with playful movement. 🥱 Committing to an early-to-bed routine to protect her vitality.

“Perhaps the most profound shift is my new relationship with my own attention. I no longer feel like I’m 'failing' when I lose focus. Instead, I hold a quiet, determined awareness, using my Ayurvedic blueprint to guide me back to center whenever I veer off track.”

Karen McRoberts, Yoga Teacher, Los Angeles CA
